I give Joe at Watkins Septic & Drain 5 stars because after having a plumber call and cancel last minute and have another plumber come out and not be able to finish the job, I found Watkins Septic & Drain on Google, so I called. At first, he did not answer, but after I left a message, he called me right back. Joe was very prompt and assured me that he could do the job and that it would be done before he left my home. I told him I was located in Hartland and he assured me that was not an issue at all!! He told me he could be at my home that same night between 6:30 and 7:30. I agreed and went on with my day. Joe actually arrived at my house at 6, so he was early (I love that)! My pipes were pretty clogged, which meant Joe was at my house for about 2.5 hours, but in that two hours, he did not stop once; he kept going until he was done. Joe definitely kept his word; he got the job done, cleaned up the mess, and never gave up!! Watkins Septic & Drain will definitely be the first company we call in case of this happening again. Definitely call Watkins Septic & Drain; you won’t regret it.

Watkins Septic & Drain is an excellent team! Our shower out of the blue overflowed. Joe came out and analyzed it and fixed it so we didn't have to leave home. The line was damaged and root-bound. The first day he showed us the culprit. The whole line had to be revamped and brought up to code. Joe came a week later on time and started the project, keeping us informed and educated throughout the whole process. if I had a question, he made sure I understood and would explain with clarity and in terms I could understand. Nick and I could tell the professionalism and the integrity from the beginning. I would recommend Watkins Septic & Drain to family and friends.

Had whole drain system backup. Joe came out and snaked my drain system till he found the problem. A squirrel had crawled down the sink and plugged the drain. Joe and his wife were very professional and the price very reasonable. Thanks again, Joe.

Joe came to our house and completed a difficult job in our crawl space on a Saturday night. He quickly diagnosed the problem and used his water jet to unclog the pipe. Roto-Rooter quoted us $7,500 to go into our crawlspace and complete this job! Joe charged us a completely reasonable fee to complete this job and saved us a ton of money. He was right on time and totally knowledgeable with what he was doing. I am recommending him to all of my family, friends, and neighbors.
